Are your products fresh or frozen?
- All of our products, (except Scotch Eggs,) are vacuum pack and fresh frozen for your convenience and satisfaction. Some items can be made fresh to order. Contact us for more details
How long can the meat last in the fridge?
- On average, once defrosted, you should consume your (vacuum sealed) product within 10 days.
Do you use preservatives?
- We don’t use dyes, fillers, or artificial flavorings in any of our products. However, our bacon cure does contain small amounts of nitrates. Nitrates inhibit harmful bacterial growth, and contribute to the classic bacon flavor and colour you know and love.
